Hope everyone is having a great week! We are back at it for the three-peat! Our second event was a huge success so we are up for another one! Come join us on February 6th, Saturday at 10AM for a free fitness class and learn the introductory techniques of Krav Maga with our experienced trainers at Strike Krav Maga Self Defense - Fitness. Invite your friends, significant other, kids, and anyone else that might seem interested.Get an amazing workout and remember to wear something comfortable!
